Reese Specialty Foods

Happy Tuesday beauties! I hope you're enjoying your week so far. I am FINALLY getting around to posting these delicious recipes from- Reese Specialty Foods, #HeartToHeartKitchen Artichoke Hearts.

One of my dearest and longest time friends, Mckenna- is an amazing, + a self-made- professional chef! She won- 'Guys Grocery Games' in, December, (rightfully so) because her food is AMAZING! we lived together when I was in my twenties- and I always came home to delicious, homemade meals! I was always confused though, because neither of us made a lot of money, and weeks when we wouldn't get to the grocery store, our cupboards were BARE! But somehow she managed to create something out of nothing! I knew her cooking would be special one day! McKenna was kind enough to pass along her delicious- Artichoke- jalapeno-spinach-dip, recipe! It was the BIGGEST hit of the night!

She was also kind enough to share the recipe with all of you as well! Here it is:

I used- 2 jars of Reese Specialty Foods, artichoke hearts-
2-3 cups of chopped spinach
2 blocks of cream cheese
1 1/2 Jalapeno
1 cup of white wine (or add as needed)
1 cup of Parmesan
1/4 butter
1 ts of olive oil
1 ts garlic

In a cast iron skillet, heat butter and olive oil together, then let cook- add, garlic, jalapeno, and artichoke hearts- let cook down- then add two blocks of cream cheese- let that cook down and slowly add the white wine, and Parmesan cheese. Let cook for about 20-25 minutes- add salt and pepper for taste, and serve with your favorite side dish! I used bread for mine- I may or may not have a slight bread obsession. Thank goodness I don't have a gluten allergy. (knock on wood)

I was so happy to be able to share this yummy appetizer with some darling dinner guests!

Greek Pizza with Artichoke Hearts, Recipe:

Any pizza crust- pre-made
1 jar Reese Specialty Foods artichoke hearts
1 cup kalamata olives
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 cups of spinach
1/2 purple onion
1 jar of pesto

Directions:
Smear pesto on entire pizza dough, add mozzarella, tomatoes, Reese Specialty Foods artichoke hearts, and everything else! (no extra salt needed) the pesto is salty enough. I cooked mine on the BBQ- but you can put it in the oven as well- for 20-25 minutes.

I was also able to meet two blogging friends and have them over for the dinner- Dakota + Kylee- it was so fun to be able to talk to them about the blogging world! It was also so nice to have my best friend, Felysha there to get an understanding of what my blogging life is all about! She was so amazing + helped me out in soooo many ways! I was also super grateful to have another fabulous friend of mine, Kaitlyn there to help as well!

Once again- The High Pines did an amazing job with the photos!

Forgive me- I am not a recipe writer, lol. I usually eyeball everything- so I hope those helped!

Have a great week, my friends!
